As people might have noticed the official Midnight's Exile web site is, at present, a page on a parent site known as Weatheroutpost12.com (a collection of performing, studio and other types of artists). Some day, when it becomes necessary, we will expand and have midnightsexile.com become an entire site dedicated to our band Midnight's Exile and our productions. Yes it will be as cool as the name sounds dirty. Till then however, this page is the ONLY official site of the band Midnight's Exile. We have worked with other members of weatheroutpost12 and are happy to be a part of their site and community.

Continuing to push forward in spite of all the obstacles. official CD is scheduled for work 2010. we're hoping things can finally go right and it can become a reality. we have been working on a small digital collection of tunes for sale and are trying to get those finished and up asap. our site page is due for an overhaul and will be greatly improved once such has been done. this includes a new radio player that will allow for easy and free down load of all of our free/promotional material. Midnight’s Exile. Maker of music.----------------- melancholy, yet violently restless. emotional and often dark. fallowing an epic story line. free spirited and not bound by genres, boxes or rules. ================================================== Music style bandwidth: bandwidth spans all the major electronic parent genres, house, trance, techno, breakbeat, jungle, hardcore and downtempo. it also spans the genres of rock, “classical”, old world, big band, swing, disco, funk and metal. to best of our knowledge, it most notably dips into the sub genres of, ambient breaks, dark trance, deep trance, psychedelic trance, downbeat, oldskool rave hardcore, heavy metal goa and classic house, as well as a few others. some times incorporating aspects of: funk, disco, funky house, happy house, ambient house, ambient techno, ambient trance, happy, rave (hardcore), synthtron, new wave, anthem trance, hard acid trance, neo-classical, hard acid tehcno, techno dance (mostly vocal-less), chemical breaks, disco house, classic trance and happy house. [it should be noted that genres, boxes in general, are not our thing. this is to say, it is sacrilege to us to change any part of a tune because it didn't “fit” a particular genre. we do not write for any particular existing genre. genres not being of any importance to our creative process, it is to be expected that we are no experts in knowing one genre from another. when creating a new work, what genres we might be in, never comes to mind. this list of genres our music might cover is only to give a vague (at best) idea of what you might hear when you listen to us. honestly, our stance is, we make music and you will most likely either like it or not.] ================================================== Current status: Working on the story boards for the first album. Assembling the album track order. Mixing and doing finish work on the tunes. Negotiating with visual artists for the art works that will accompany the CD, ect. Over night a small anthro alien creature was caught on tape robbing a Godiva chocolate store. UFO enthusiasts are obsessed over the infamous security footage claiming more fur bearing feline-esk aliens will soon be landing to enslave humans, making them work in chocolate factories. Authorities and NASA have denied these claims and say the footage can be explained by light refracting through malfunctioning camera equipment. UFO enthusiasts point out that the equipment upon inspection showed no signs of ware or malfunction. The US government’s official press release statement was "That a small dog had wandered into the store unnoticed and upon becoming trapped after closing, panicked tearing open boxes and damaging property”. How a small dog could have reached the higher shelves is unknown. Why this supposed dog would only have taken the mocha truffles is also unknown. While physicists say they can prove that light refracting through a malfunctioning camera could have made a small dog appear much like an upright standing anthro type alien, UFO enthusiasts claim the government’s press release is part of an international conspiracy, stating that the knowledge of a pending invasion would increase hand made chocolate production and would thus negatively impact US and foreign oil companies, who use oil byproducts to make cheap chocolate. The issue is to date still highly debated.
