WeatherOutpost12 is a constellation of recording & performing musicians, as well as graphic artists, designers, photographers, audio technicians, sound engineers, writers, poets, film makers, weatherspotters and a veteranarian who have worked w/ one another in varying capacities @ one time or another, but are autonomous in their own careers and artistic vision.
